Marmacola is a restaurant project born a few years ago in Bosco Chiesanuova with brothers Edoardo and Umberto Spinelli. Today, in the new home of Hotel Pineta, continue their experience with creativity and professionalism, bringing to the table the flavours of the land with attention to seasonality and short supply chain.
