In this section you will find answers to the most common questions about our services.
General questions
What time is check-in and check-out?
Scheduled times are: 3 p.m. to 10.30 p.m. for Check-in - 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. for Check-out.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept cash, electronic payment and bank transfer.
How much is tourist tax?
In our municipality there is currently no tourist tax to be applied to the tariff.
Which cancellation policy is applied?
Cancellation terms can be found when booking your stay.
Do you have private parking?
Yes, our facility has an uncovered, unattended private car park, reserved exclusively for our guests.
Do you have free Wi-Fi?
Yes, the Wi-Fi service is free of charge throughout the hotel; the password is provided directly at reception.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are welcome, an additional pet fee is required after booking.
Is the hotel accessible for people with disabilities?
No rooms are currently designated to people with disabilities or heavy handicaps; some common area of the Hotel are indeed accessible to handicapped people.
What are the reception hours and what should I do if I arrive later than the check-in time?
Reception is open from 7.00 am to 11.00 pm. For arrivals after check-in time (10.30 pm), it is recommended to contact the Hotel by phone +39 045 708 09 24 or by email info@lapinetacerro.it.
Is the hotel equipped with elevator?
Yes, the facility is equipped with a lift to facilitate access to the upper floors.

Are additional bed or cribs available?
Yes, on demand and upon availability. Supplementary fees would be added.
Is room service forseen?
Room service is currently not provided as an additional service.
Are gluten-free products available?
Yes, upon advance request, the Hotel Restaurant can provide dedicated options for celiac guests.
Additional services
Do you offer laundry services?
There is currently no in-house laundry service, but we can recommend external solutions on request.
Is there a wellness centre or a gym?
The facility does not currently have a gym or wellness area with a spa.
Is there a Bar and a Restauranti in the Hotel?
Yes, both a Bar and a Restaurant are available for the Hotel Guests.
Do you organize activities or excursions?
We do not organise excursions directly, but we are happy to refer interested guests to the local tourist office.
Do you offer a Transfer service?
Yes, a transfer service is available, subject to prior request and confirmation.
Are there wallboxes for electric cars?
We do not have wallboxes to charge electric means at our Hotel.
