Il Ponte di Veja

A grand natural monument in Sant'Anna d'Alfaedo, it is the largest natural bridge in Europe, created by the collapse of a karstic cave. It inspired Dante and Mantegna, and is rich in prehistoric traces.

Le Trincee di Malga Pidocchio

In Lessinia, on the Austro-Hungarian border, there are recovered trenches and fortifications, which can be visited at Malga Pidocchio, Malga Gaibana and Passo Malera. They bear witness to the defences of the First World War.

The Pesciara di Bolca hosts unique Eocene fossils. A site visited by thousands of people every year, famous for its fossilised fish and evidence of prehistory.

I Baiti della Coletta

Near Bosco Chiesanuova are the ancient Baiti della Coletta, where the Lessin cheese-making tradition and historical tools for processing milk and cheese can be discovered.

La Valle delle Sfingi

The monoliths of the Valle delle Sfingi, modelled by water and wind, take on curious shapes similar to sphinxes or stone mushrooms. It is one of the most peculiar corners of Lessinia.
